Returns

  1. Products purchased from the LUVMÉ online store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the package.

  2. To make a return, inform us of your decision by email, and then send back the product along with a completed return form or a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

  3. You can also use the intuitive application WYGODNEZWROTY.PL

  4. The cost of returning the item to the warehouse is borne by the Buyer.

Please include your order number with the package — this will allow us to identify the return faster and process the entire procedure more efficiently. A small detail, a big relief for the warehouse.

The returned product should not show signs of use and should have its original tags attached.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used when placing the order, unless we agree otherwise.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer a direct product exchange option.

Our collections are available in short series, so we cannot guarantee that your chosen size, color, or model will still be available at the time of exchange.

If you wish to order a different size or product, it is best to return the original order and place a new one in the store.


Complaints

We ensure that LUVMÉ products are carefully crafted and meet high-quality standards. However, if a purchased product has a defect, you can submit a complaint.

To submit a complaint, please write to us at:

In the message, please include:

  • Order number,
  • First and last name,
  • Description of the defect,
  • Photos of the product showing the reported issue.

After receiving your complaint, we will contact you and inform you of the next steps.

We process complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
